Membership and Subscription Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2022

By joining Tennessee Healthy Alternatives Association, members agree to the following terms regarding membership and subscription services.

Membership Eligibility

  • Membership is open to individuals and businesses in the [industry name] sector.

  • Membership is subject to approval by TNHAA.

Dues and Fees

  • Membership fees are payable on a monthly or annual basis.

  • The billing cycle is determined by the date membership starts and will renew either 30 days (for monthly memberships) or 365 days (for annual memberships) from the original membership start date.

  • Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Membership Benefits

Members receive access to exclusive content, advocacy efforts, networking events, and other TNHAA resources. Benefits may vary by membership tier.

Membership Renewal & Payment

  • Membership renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the member before the next billing date.

  • Members will receive a renewal reminder 20 days before their renewal date.

  • Payment is processed on the same date each month or year based on the initial sign-up date.

Membership Termination

  • TNHAA reserves the right to revoke membership due to violations of TNHAA’s mission, policies, or ethical standards.

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time, but dues already paid will not be refunded.
